An Outfit Inspiration Of Mine...

An outfit inspiration of mine

Hey there my beautiful sassy ladies, how are you all doing? I hope you're all keeping well and ready to read my few fashion tips on how to create a simple sassy look for a night time occasion.

You all know I love creating fashion inspirations for you all, but I love being able to share an inspiration for you all which is based around a similar style of mine.

Recently, I have been pretty busy with catching up with endless amounts of emails which I have been pretty over the moon with. Alongside, spending my time with my lovely boyfriend who sadly had to move back to Hull today as he returned back to his university... Sucks, as I miss him like crazy but it means I have been able to get straight back into creating a Polyvore inspired look!!

Here's my interpretation of my style inspiration for you all, let me know what you think!!

The only downfall, I have with wearing long mini dresses is the fact that I have big hips :(, we all have an insecurity with our body and my hips are definitely mine!! It's definitely time for me to start working out on my hips again especially as it's nearly summer time!! It's time to get summer ready!!

Anyway back to styling your outfit, you can't go wrong with a black dress and a black pair of platforms can you? I would definitely suggest pairing a red or nude coloured nail varnish as the red makes a statement to your outfit or the nude coloured nail varnish makes a subtle touch of sass to your look...

To add a simple little touch to your outfit I would say to add a nice silver pair of earrings with a nice bracelet to match!!

Plus, don't forget your lippy ladies!!

I hope you enjoyed my fashion inspiration post!!

Much Love Always, Anya Marie x x

At The End Of Every Rainbow Is A Pot Of Gold...

Hey there my lovely ladies and gentleman, I'm back with my favourite quote of the month and it's probably one of my most loved quotes that I have found so far!!

I assume you have a few hints with the title of my blog already but if you haven't let's hope I can surprise you all ;) !!

With society today there are always so many negatives during life and of course it's rather hard to focus on the positives when you feel like the world is against you...

Trust me we have all been there, when you feel like the world is closing in on you and you feel like nobody else is there to care or give you a helping hand...

It's a horrible feeling, actually it's the worst feeling in the world to feel like you have nobody and that you're alone.

But believe me you're not alone, all you have to do is open your eyes and have hope in yourself and the people who are all surrounding you because you're loved and you must all believe that!

'Every storm in your life is followed by a rainbow.'

Facing reality can be extremely difficult sometimes but you must remember the people who care about you will remain in your life no matter what.

It's not just about friendship or feelings, it's a day to day part of life... It's natural to feel like this regarding anything, but any downside in your life will bring a positive.

I couldn't resist sharing this quote as well, as I found this one scrolling through my Facebook feed and it fit the atmosphere pretty well!

We all have that feeling, when we don't feel like we're important too family members or friends but we all are... There are so many people that have love for you and care about your well-being!

You must remember the people you're important too are right behind you!!

Stay strong and believe in yourself!

Lots of love, Anya xx

Loafers are most definitely an absolute must have for an Autumn essential and they have carried onto be a January favourite of mine as well!

3 Golden Globe Awards Styles Of Mine 💥

Good Evening Ladies and Gentleman... Your probably aware that I haven't posted a Polyvore set in a while so I definitely knew it was time to post another creation of mine for you all...

With it recently being the Golden Globes Awards on the eleventh of January it has pretty much been the hype of the fashion talk at the moment... Any guesses why?...

Yeah you guessed right, of course we're all eager to see what kind of styles have been worn and what sort of dresses the stars wear... A red carpet event, is always vital for fashion talk!!

So I thought, I would share a little favourites of mine from this years Golden Globes Awards...

My number one favourite, of course was Lady Gaga and her slim fitting black dress!! Isn't it just so beautiful? I must say my favourite look for a red carpet event is definitely the all black look, I just love it! I love the way Lady Gaga has captured almost hints of Marilyn Monroe in her appearance, I wonder if this was intentional? But a massive congratulations for you Gaga as you looked beautiful!!

Sassy Jessica Lawrence certainly knows how to make fire look dull when walking out onto the red carpet in this red little number doesn't she? Pairing the look with a silver statement necklace and her blonde slicked back hair.

Katy Perry most definitely knows how make a roaring appearance on the red carpet now doesn't she? The last year has focused on neutral colours especially pale pinks and lilacs so our little Miss Katy Perry has brightened up our red carpet for sure!! She looks so stunning doesn't she?

Finally my favourite red carpet look of course goes too Natalie Dormer if you know me personally then you will know that I am absolutely obsessed with her I think she is an amazing actress and I just love her style!! Natalie stunned the paparazzi with her red and black look, it's so eye catching and elegant.

3 Golden Globe Awards Styles Of Mine 💥

Now of course, it's time for you to have a little peep at my interpretation of the Golden Globes style.

Style 1)

The bright red off the shoulder dress is stunningly beautiful, I couldn't resist sharing this look with you and as you can probably tell the dress is a mix of Natalie Dormer's and Jessica Lawrence's dress. You can't go wrong with a red dress on the red carpet can you?

Blending the look with black colours look amazing, don't forget your black pair of heels and your clutch as you show off your diva side when pairing black and red together.

Style 2)

An all black lace look is definitely a massive hit for the red carpet events, every year we wait with anticipation to see how our celebrities have worn the look and never once have we been look as their have been so many inspirational styles...

Who could resist the lacey black look I know I couldn't... So as you can see I have styled an all black lace look for you all. Just don't forget your lippy to add a little colour!!

Style 3)

Even though, there have been a lot of hype shown towards neutral colours you must not forget the love we all have for our burgundy colour, so of course our burgundy colour has to make a feature on our red carpet!!

In terms of accessories, don't forget your clutch, lippy or your nail varnish as they all add special little touches to your outfit.

Much Love, Anya Marie xx

Learning To Become Comfortable With Yourself Can Be Tricky...

So I definitely wanted to write a blog based around not feeling comfortable in your own body or wearing your hair differently or changing the way you look...

Which leads me to writing this blog and sharing what my insecurities are with you all.

As you have most likely already guessed my insecurities and my uncomfortable zone is wearing my hair up. I never tend to leave the house wearing my hair up or even see family members with my hair up as it just makes me feel uncomfortable in my own skin.

When I was a little girl I used to love wearing my hair up at school but it's funny how things change when you grow up isn't it?

I thought it was important to show you all what my insecurities are as once again you learn a bit more about me hehe :)!

It's only natural to feel uncomfortable with something, it's natural to dislike things about yourself and it's also natural to love certain things about yourself for example I love the colour of my hair as I have never actually dyed it before, it's as natural as it can be. My hair is a bit of a mix though as it's blonde with little hints of brown thank you to my mum :)!

So there are plenty of insecurities and securities to love and dislike, we're all prone to follow this through as it's a human act...

My job is to make you feel comfortable with your insecurities as you should love them, you should be proud of yourself and with the way you look. Learn to love yourself and who you all are as your all loved by people who care about you...

As I have shared my insecurity with you all, I was wondering if you were all brave enough to share with me what your insecurities are? Don't be afraid of them, love them!

I hope you have enjoyed the blog, I can't wait to hear some of your insecurities and to help you love them!

Much Love Always & Remember To Love Yourself!

Love Anya Marie xx

My Six Favourite Scents...

First of all, I can't believe it's been the first two weeks of the year already!! Time really does fly by quickly!!

Plus a little shout out to the weather as there's been hints of sunshine today which has started to make me really excited for the summer already!!

While, the weather has been completely different up North as Scott told me it had been snowing this morning in Hull!

I must admit, I am a little jealous as I love the snow but then again if I had to choose between the snow or sunshine it would always have to be the sunshine! What would you pick?

Anyway, so moving on before I get too carried away with talking about British weather...

I've been considering writing this blog for a few days now as I wanted to share with you all what my favourite scents are...

But it took me a few days, to piece the blog together as I found it quite a struggle to choose between my perfumes!

So here we all are with the ones I have selected as my favourites...

1) Zoella - Blissful Mistful

You have seen me blog about this body mist before I am sure. After all of these months, this Zoella Beauty Body Mist has still remained to be one of my number one favourites. It's just so beautiful and delicate, it's easy to wear on a casual day at work or with the family. I just love it!!

2) Marc Jacobs - Daisy Jacobs - Sorbet

For those of you who follow me on my social media's or know me personally will know how much I have been wanting this perfume for the last year or so... I was over the moon, when I opened up one of my presents from my grandparents on Christmas day and found this perfume as I just adore everything about it. The beautiful packaging and design and of course the scent!!

3) New Look - Pure Blush

I've used this perfume for the last few years now as I came across it when I was on a shopping spree in New Look with my nan for a summer holiday. Since, I took it away on holiday with me it's become a daily essential of mine. It's such an addictive scent, it's sweet and perfect for summer. Plus the fact that it's a great price, you can't go wrong!

4) Nicki Minaj - Pink Friday

I'm a Superdrug addict as you all know and I found myself buying this perfume and then of course I fell in love with it... It's one of my favourite perfumes to wear on a night out as it just seems to stay...

5) Primark - P.S Love Noir

Who doesn't love cheeky little Primark buys? I know for a fact that I do!! Especially, this beautiful perfume I must say that this perfume does come with me everywhere I go. I tend to wear it to work the most as it's just such a beautiful scent that keeps me feeling refreshed and relaxed!

6) Armani Code

I knew for a fact that this one definitely had to make an appearance as I just love the scent, it's so beautiful and it lingers for ages!! So this is Scott's favourite aftershave which has become one of my favourites of his too!! I must admit, even I use it sometimes as it's one to remember that's for sure!!

There you go, that's the end of my six favourite scents I hope you have enjoyed reading what my six favourite scents are and I hope they've helped you to find what your favourite ones may be too!!

Much Love As Always, Anya Marie xx
