Reaching 60,000 & A Exciting News Regarding My Move To Winchester...

How's your Wednesday been so far? Mine has certainly been manic that's for sure! I wouldn't have it any other way though, who doesn't love being busy??

I  couldn't resist sharing the 'Mean Girls' slogan 'On Wednesday's We Wear Pink' with you all as when it's Wednesday I always associate the quote with the day as it's just a natural thing to do when it hits Wednesday!... Your with me here girls, right?!

Anyway, I feel like I am waffling on again... Nobody has time for this, Anya!

I've been a little slack with writing blogs and sharing everything with you the last few weeks due to obviously moving from the Isle of Wight to Winchester and switching jobs from working at Peacocks to becoming a full time Blogger/Web Executive/Trainee Jeweller. I'm sure you can understand why there's been a few silences from me here and there!

I've been slowly dropping subtle hints every so often throughout my social media's more so on Instagram as that's my go to social media like everybody else's right?

Anyhow, so I have taken my eye off the ball which is unlike me as I'm the one and only Anya Marie Ball, it seems I am trying to be funny let's leave that there shall we? Ha-Ha!

With not looking on the blog as much as I would've normally, I forgot to mention that I have only gone and made over 60,000 views. In fact, I am currently sitting on a solid 60,500! I am super duper excited! That excited, that I have treated myself to a glass of wine!

There's always time for a glass of wine right?!

I thought I would share my favourite selfie to go along with the blog as it's a massive celebration and in the future when I look back I wanted to remind myself of that one selfie that I truly liked at this current period of time!

In months to come or maybe even days, I will probably wonder why I even liked it! I swear, I take them and then dislike them so quickly afterwards! Does anyone else go through this phase too or is it just me?

I would love to say a massive thank you to every single person who has viewed my  blog and kept up with the many blogs I have wrote since starting the blog which is nearly two years ago now! How crazy is that? Time passes by so quickly doesn't it! Almost just like 'A Thousand Miles'.!

I am sat here listening to cheesey tunes according to Edward, my new house mate! - It appears to be a throwback session on my Spotify right now!! There's nothing wrong with that though, it's always full of laughter remembering old tunes that used to mean so much to you when you are growing up! I love looking back on memories!

I would love to say a massive thank you to those of you out there who have sent housewarming gifts for me as I love them! I can't wait to get round to finding the time to individually respond back to you all and share a few online on my monthly favourites! Although, I am sure they will all make a feature due to the fact that I love them all!

I thought, I would share a sneak view of my new bedroom for you all to see! I have fallen in love with the new homely look! Trust me, I thought home-ware shopping would become tiring or that it would be super easy to decide what to buy there and then on the spot!

I certainly thought wrong on both accounts there as I bloody love shopping for my homely pieces! I know my nanny B will be reading this and complaining at me for using the word 'bloody' as it's swearing in her dictionary! Sadly, it seems to be a term I use frequently so sorry nan ha!

However, my bank account is slowly starting to disappear so let's stop spending now Anya!

Everyone needs homely comforts though right?!

With recently posting online that I made the move to Winchester and changed my job I have received a few questions from you all, I say the word 'few' as lightly as possible. What I mean to say is, I have currently received a total of 700 emails, which fear not I will respond to all of your questions in due time!

I know there will be a Questions and Answers blog posted fairly soon so make sure you keep an eye out for that or continue to share your questions with me and I will respond to them all as promised!

The main question that I have briefly seen which has been repeatedly asked has been the following;

'What made you decide to leave the Isle of Wight?'

I had always planned on eventually leaving the Isle of Wight ever since I was a little girl. Don't get me wrong it's an amazing place to grow up as a child, especially being so little and peaceful. But when you grow up and decide your heart is all for the world of; journalism and fashion based careers.

That's when you know, it's time to leave the Isle of Wight and break out into the mainland! I have soon discovered, that people who live on the mainland don't necessarily enjoy you calling it the mainland!

For me, it was all about finding a job which fit perfectly to the interests I have. I couldn't be happier. I knew I would always leave the Island as I knew there were so many more options on the mainland. It's all about finding the right time and knowing you may fail but at least you have given it your all!

So for me, I would one hundred and ten percent say leaving the Island was purely based around my career pathway! Knowing what you want to do with your life and having that motivation to follow your dreams is what we all need to do sometimes. It's about being brave enough to believe in yourselves, trust me all your dreams are right around the corner waiting for you just go ahead and grab them!!

I can't wait to share a few little blog posts with you all this evening as finally my internet works on my laptop!

Much Love To You All

Setting Sail To Winchester & Moving Into My New Home...

Here come's another Sunday! Happy Mothering Sunday once again though!

Wow. So here it goes!...

I'm not exactly sure, how or where to start this blog! If you could see the amount of paper I have wasted scribbling down thoughts and so many words that I have ended up crossing out, you would simply laugh!!

So nonetheless, I have decided to just waffle along and hope I can wing it!

The last month of my life has been simply unbelievable!

From regularly posting on my social media, I am pretty sure that there has been quite a few hints dropped by myself here and there for you to make a few guesses that I have moved off the Island.

In saying that I have moved off the Isle of Wight, you would be one hundred and ten percent right!

I now live in Winchester!

Honestly, I am still so overwhelmed and shocked to even say this to myself let alone my beautiful readers!

It's happened super quick, hence why there has been dramatic changes and my life has been pretty rushed over the last few weeks but I simply wouldn't have it any other way!

I now currently live in Winchester, which is a perfect location as I now have a full time job working as a blogger at a beautiful jewellers known as; Antique Fine Jewellers, this is located in the centre of Winchester high street!

I simply couldn't be happier!

It's been a massive shock to the system though as it's been like a whirlwind for my family and I to adjust to me moving away!

Although, I'm not too far away from the Island.

I couldn't wait to share my new chapter online with you all!

I would like to say a massive thank you to my best friend Charlie for supporting me more than words can say to make the move happen! Without your support of helping me move in or finding a new job this move wouldn't of happened in the first place. So thank you!

A massive thank you to Kane for becoming mine and Charlie's personal trainer alongside helping me to make the big move away from home.

My Nan and Grandad Ball - being the first to look at the houses with me really helped me to select the right house for me. So thank you!

Mum - I can't wait for you to come over and visit me! I know how proud you are of your little girl!

Dad - Thank you for believing in me and supporting me through making the right choices. i can't wait for next weekend!

Ewan, Lew, Sabrina and co - I can't wait for next weekend. I hope your proud of my new location!

With being so focused on my new job and my new home, I haven't really had the time to sit back and reflect on the fact I have moved away. I'm sure it will hit me soon enough though!

I couldn't resist sharing the first morning selfie I have taken in my own home with you all!

I have so many new news to share with you! I am dead excited!

For now though, I am off to spend the rest of the day with my mum before heading back to Winchester tonight!

My advice for you all is to be aware of how strong we all are! Don't be scared of making things happen! Be brave to make a change!

Much Love As Always

Healthy Protein Flapjacks... Featuring Baking With Kane!

Here goes another week before we know it!...
Image result for sporty monday tumblr quotes

Well recently you have probably noticed I have been super focused on my fitness right now. If you haven't seen the previous blogs then you aren't really missing anything other than how I've suddenly turned towards loving fitness. Is something wrong with me? Ha!

I thought, this would be the perfect opportunity to share a healthy recipe with you all with the hope that the flapjacks are to your taste too!

Again, it's a little healthy snack to add to your diet.

The ingredient to make the recipe is pretty simple. Kane and I have mingled the ingredients together to show you how simple it truly is to make a healthy tray of flapjacks.

Make sure you have the following ingredients to be able to make your tasty healthy flapjacks:

1) Make sure you have the scales at the ready and weigh out 120g of oats.

2) 100g of Peanut Butter.

3) 60g of whey protein powder.

4) 125-150g of skimmed milk.

5) 15g of honey.

For those of you who are reading this now and thinking that your not much of a lover of peanut butter, believe it or not I am exactly the same! When Kane suggested, making these and mentioned that we would be using peanut butter I wasn't overly keen as I'm not a lover of nuts!

He managed to convince me that you wouldn't be able to taste the peanut butter and he was right! I simply loved them!

So don't be turned off! Don't chicken out, give them a try!

All you need to do now is follow the directions below and then eat!!

I can't express how yummy these are! I can't wait to make them again!

If your after a healthy but yummy treat this is the way to go!

Over the next few weeks and months, I will be posting lots of different fitness blogs full of treats and hard training!

Let's just say there's a few surprises around the corner.

Go ahead and tell me what you think of the flapjacks!

Lots of love as always,

Reflecting On Meeting My Other Family...

I'm back Blogging World...

Again, I always tend to mention how incredibly busy I am at the beginning of my blogs.... Now life has suddenly started to get a lot busier... I'm presuming you're wondering why?... Sorry to drop the bomb, you'll have to wait a little longer to find out!

That said, I'm over the moon to share my new surprises with you all!

I wonder how long you can all wait to find out!...

Anyway, how beautiful is the little inspirational Sunday Tumblr? - I take it that you have had a lovely Sunday so far? I certainly have!

I thought I would jump straight to the chase, what with always finding a distraction and waffling on!

I've received a fair few amount of emails from girls and boys all over the world who have either been in a similar situation or who are currently experiencing the same feelings... I want you to all know, every single email will have a dedicated response from myself and they will all be answered with as many tips I can provide. So if you feel like dropping another message over then please do, anyway I can help is what I will do!

I thought I would fast forward a little from reconnecting with my father and family members. To show you as much of an insight of this journey is what I intend to do. It's emotional, don't get me wrong!

Wow, just wow! Who would've thought I would've even met my other side of my family? It's a good way to show how life truly can change from what you thought would be your pathway!

Reconnecting with my family has been the best action I have ever made during my life.

Who wants to live life with regrets? The not knowing, the darkness that's hiding somewhere within! The constant questions that leave endless amounts of questions in your head! It's time to make that stand and find out!

Don't be afraid of finding out who your family are. After all, they're all a part of you!

Every tiny little piece adds up to make the puzzle of you! It's time to reconnect that jig-saw!

Meeting my step-mum has certainly been a great new chapter to my life. In fact, we seem to share a lot in common! Knowing how dreadful my dad is with the lack of communication skills and the dreadful time changes! Alongside, dressing the same and having a great taste for fashion!

It's a nerve-wracking thing!

Well Lew would say so having to have his photo taken... Selfie's are a rare occasion for my not so little brother!

Building a relationship with your siblings is always important. Sometimes, it's harder knowing you don't live nearby to them but being there for them when they need you the most is what they need!

However, Lewan and Euis already know I love them to bits regardless of whether I am halfway across the world or right at their doorstep.! (Clearly, you can see I already muddle up their names - so they've become one as otherwise it will stress me out!)

Life is about making the best from every situation. Why feel the need to look back when you have the present?

I couldn't be happier, with my life. I have always had the warmest family since day one and now my family has expanded even more...

Keeping a healthy balance between both families is sometimes needed but don't fret about that. Family is family, no love is ever stronger than that!

Meeting my cousins; Kelsey, Hayden, Daniel and Rebecca have also been amazing and there is always that question.... would you fit in? I know, I was worried sick about thinking of what to say or how to act but you should really just focus on being you. Be yourself!

Growing as a family is a natural process.

When I take the time to think about how far my family and I have come so far it really excites me and overwhelms me.

Knowing how fast my dad and I have grown is truly emotional. I never expected to be close to him or to want to be close to him. It seems sometimes when you least expect something to happen it naturally unfolds.

Sometimes a bond can never be broken.

But sometimes a bond can never be formed unless you give it a chance and stop fearing the worst!

What with, Lew not being overly keen on having his photograph taken it was super important for me to share a few photos of him on the blog today! Brotherly and sisterly love of course! - It seems I may steal your hoodie next as Ewan's has already long gone! Ha!

Nothing comes before family, right?

How could I resist sharing a photo of the classic old Bruno and the one and only Nan Cox?... Much love for you always!

It was important for me to share a reflection on how I am now feeling after a few months of settling back into reconnecting with my family...

It's always important to remind you all who are currently going through a similar situation that you can love both families just the same as that's exactly what I do!

Keep a healthy pace for yourself and to admit when you're feeling slightly stressed to both families as they will support you.

I couldn't honestly be happier with the way things are at the moment.

I am truly shocked at how well my father and I get along, let alone our similarities.

Not forgetting to mention how alike I am towards Ewan and Lewis too!

You need to remember that you get to choose what happens with your future because it's yours.

Don't be scared of knowing a part of you, in fact learn to love that part of you too!

For now, it's time for me to sign off for the next few hours and head off with Kane and Charlie for a run!! Ouch, am I really running on a Sunday? Yes, it seems I am!

Remember, to always be you!

Much Love As Always,

Maybe It's Time To Make Your Story...

I'm back again guys, you know what I'm like when I tend to write a blog... it never normally ends up staying as just one blog!

I tend to get carried away with writing the blogs as I always have so much to share with you all! I find myself becoming too excited and end up releasing another blog!...

Image result for night time tumblr

I always find myself obsessing over night time blogs!

Night time, always becomes my favourite time to blog! I think that's because I struggle with sleeping but I also know it's the easiest time to blog!

Another obsession of mine recently, has been discovering night time photography!

In fact, if you're looking to discover great photography shots then I would head over to my Facebook to find some of my Grandad's photography - Douglas Cox - as he truly inspires me with his photography! I know, he will be very happy with being mentioned on the blog too! Keep up the hard work Grandad!

Anyhow, another reason as to why night time blogs become my favourite is purely down to the fact I think they become more motivational!

I feel listened too more when I post a blog at night time as I think it makes more of a impact on people! Please correct me if I am wrong!

I discovered, this quote at a difficult time in my life...

Instead of believing my story had finished, I acted upon knowing it had only just begun!

We all face; heart aches and low moments but do we give up? I like to think when we hit these parts of our lives and we spring back up!

Why should we focus on settling when you can focus on editing?

Happy endings have always been a safe option, looking back to a couple of months ago I would have been happy to take the safe route...

It's the unknown that we all become worried about!

It's the chapters that are left to unfold that we panic about, instead of worrying we should be thrilled to watch the chapters unfold.

From previous experience, I now know happy endings aren't what I'm looking for. I'm looking to find me, not an ending that's convenient for others.

We shouldn't be afraid to fail or take risks. Sometimes, living the hard way is the best way to live.

Why waste time looking for your happy ending when maybe it's about living your story?

I'm now ready to live for my story, not to sit worrying about the happy ending I've always dreamed of as a little girl... Life happens the way it should do!

Enjoy your story!...

Be brave enough to live your story!

It's a goodnight from me now!

Love As Always...

Keeping A Positive Mind Through Keeping Fit and Active!...

Have you all had a happy and successful Monday so far?

Image result for monday tumblr

I've got to say my Monday has been rather busy what with; keeping up with the blog, working and travelling back to Winchester this evening.!

It's clear to say over the last few months I have been pretty busy doing many different things... I'm sure there has been a few hints dropped by me on social media every now and then! - I wonder, if any of you have picked up on the hints? If so, do let me know if you think you know what I have been up to!

So with that in mind, I feel it's time to mingle a lifestyle blog and motivational blog together. I always try to share as much as I can with you, as keeping you all updated is very important to me!

Anyhow, life for me right now has been super positive and with feeling healthier about myself and my life has made me feel really positive too.!

For me, sharing this blog has made me focus on how important it is to reflect on how we all feel. We shouldn't feel negative, if you do you need to change it!

It's time to stop the negativity and it's time to find a focus point on remaining positive.

Sometimes, I suggest turning to a new activity...

Discovering motivational quotes to motivate you into a positive mindset is always the way forward for me! I always find that finding positive quotes, set your mind to a focus point. It's all about making sure you stick to that mind set!

For me, keeping myself positive and focused has been turning to keeping fit and eating healthily... I say eating healthily, it's still always good to have a treat every now and then! Also you must not over do it, but I suggest doing more than doing less!

Put your mind and body first. Know you can and believe you can! Dispose of the negative and shout about the positives!

There's always time for a sneaky little Snapchat right? How adorable, are the new filters?

I'm not normally one for wearing Adidas, not that I dislike the products I just never thought I would find myself wearing a sports brand... so thank you to; my dad, Ewan and Kane for that influence!

Another note to make is to find friends or family members to join you on starting a new hobby! Though, the positive thing to remember is that you will make friends along the way through starting new hobbies!

The point I am making is, to have people to relate to through keeping fit or for what your new hobbie maybe is always a great way to keep your mind and body focused.!

I would like to say a massive thank you to the one and only Kane Brookes for becoming my fitness mentor!

It's all about becoming focused and determined to remain in a positive place!

Since, joining the gym again I have become very motivated and have thoroughly enjoyed my training sessions!... Knowing Charlie and Kane are sticking to the same fitness routine is a massive kick up the backside for me as normally I would give it two days before I threw that out of the window!

We all get to a place where we have focus points and knowing I have a holiday in May is slowly becoming my focus point! However, my main focus point is to remain happy and positive!

So goodbye to negatives and say hello to positives!

Focus on progressing but stop with the fears of failing!

With Love,

x
