Focusing On Yourself & Keeping Motivated On Your Body and My Herbalife Diet ...

Welcome back sunshine, it's about time!!.... 

I feel like the sunshine has the UK in a frantic phase currently... I mean, I can definitely throw my hands up and admit all my; cosy big jumpers, scarves and Autumn/Winter inspired clothes have been bagged up and put away... Meaning, all the summery inspired clothing have been pulled to the front! Yikes, I guess I'm a typical English person when it comes to sunshine. 

We all cling to the sunshine when it appears in the United Kingdom, the idea of it going away is almost like a massive fear of ours!!

I have to admit - Summer is most definitely my favourite season as I personally love the variety of fashion trends during the summer period.

I always, feel like I find a distraction during the opening of my blogs ha!!

As you can see from the above photo, the weather was glorious and the Winchester Cathedral looked stunning!

What with Summer not being far from our fingertips, meaning holiday seasons aren't faraway either or on that note my twenty first birthday! It's of course time for a healthy detox before Summer arrives!...

A few months ago, I announced I was now a Distributor for Herbalife however I never truly opened up to why or what my reasoning's are for joining Herbalife. 

I thought, I would spend the time to wind down and explain to you all why I joined Herbalife now...

With now working night shifts instead of day shifts, I found the first six months of adapting to when I should be eating or what I should be eating a MASSIVE struggle. For those of you who are fellow Night Workers, you will all understand and that's why I have been reaching out to you all through emails etc and social media's too as for those months I found myself snacking or not having the energy to cook anything so I would tell myself and my scales that ordering another takeaway was okay! NO! It was not!...

Since joining Herbalife, I have found this burst of energy and excitement inside of me!...

I wouldn't say, I am massively concerned with watching the scales as I don't believe in watching the weight fall or gain game... That life, most certainly isn't for me! 

However, Herbalife has provided me with this new form of energy and confidence in knowing I can provide my body with the right Nutrient and fill my body with healthy flavoured shakes alongside the right snacks and a heck of a lot of fruit!....

Everybody, always tries to binge diet before the Summer to enable them to wear pretty clothing and eat fancy foods with glasses of wine whilst enjoying the sunshine! I must admit, countless amounts of time I have also been one of these people too! It's not healthy but it's for sure unhealthy on you and your body! 

Before, joining Herbalife I studied the programmes that they offered and listened to the tutorial videos they offer as I know sometimes diets aren't always beneficial for everyone. Though, not finding time to eat was a massive reason for why making a quick and easy shake become the right move for me! 

Unfortunately, for me I also suffer from being anaemic (by now you probably all know this!), so my body isn't always supplying the right energy or foods - knowing the shakes provide the right; Protein, Nutrients and Energy stood a mile for me!!  


Herbalife has truly been the best recommendation for myself and many other clients of mine so far. Though, I made it clear when I wanted to start Herbalife it was for me! Yes I was being selfish for once and focusing on myself and my body! Being selfish at times, is a massive tick on your list as sometimes we all have to put ourselves first! At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted to become a Distributor - I was just focusing on the diet side. 

Now I am so focused on both. 

Of course, my priority is focusing on my body, health and fitness but my aim is to help you all focus too and it's truly helped me to gain the confidence in myself and my body.

So Herbalife, thank you!

From the video, above you can see I have turned to focusing and making things happen! 

As you all know, keeping fit can be super tricky and turning down sweet treats but I must admit I haven't craved chocolate or sweet treats as I have been super focused on looking after my body...

There's a quote if I remember rightly - 
"Treat Your Body Right And It Will Look After You!"

Exercise, isn't always at the top of my tick list however ensuring you have completed your 10,000 steps a day is all you really need to do alongside ensuring you eat properly! 

Though, fitting extra bits here and there towards your fitness doesn't hurt! (Well, depending on how much you work out I guess!) 



I always find going for a quick run or long distant walk works treats! 

I guess that's another reason for why Herbalife has been the best decision I made for a long time as it has many different routes that we all can take and benefit from.

Swiftly moving on, although Herbalife has been a massive benefit for my; health, body, mind and self I wanted to discuss how we should keep body focused and mindset focused....

Sometimes, we often find ourselves lost in being everyone else but ourselves! 

We forget what we love to do, or to find the time to sit and do something for us.

So let's use today to say: "NO, I'm taking the time for me!"

Don't be anybody else but you! 

Don't follow other people's dreams because you seem to be scared following your journey... Life is about living your life.

Taking the time for you enables you to be focused, determined and happy! 

I think that's the best advice I could give to you all, just be you and find what keeps your focused on being you and following your pathways! 

We all have our own hobbies and little ways that we find winds us down to give us the time we need for ourselves! So I thought I would share one of mine as I took to my Snapchat earlier today and share with you! 

Face Masks are my massive must have for enabling me to calm down and relax!




Simply apply the Purifying Mint Clay Mask to your face and allow the mask to set on your face for 10 minutes and then remove from your skin with a wet cloth for smooth and healthy glowing skin shown below! 



As you can tell from simply removing the clay mask the results are pretty outstanding already!

The photo shows an indication of clear healthy skin!



As you can see, I wasn't shy from sharing my clay mask!
