When The Storm Crashes...

Did you hear that they said it was coming?
The silence should have told me everything.
But I guess, I just couldn't see it.

The rain was always there but it often was found creeping against the window cills, waiting to hit...

Did she really know that it was there?
They certainly knew.

The beautiful light glimmered over her face.
Would it take long before the light begun to fade?

Her character was once so fierce but now it's so small.

They questioned why but she didn't know.

The lights dimmed and the storm grew stronger. Everything was heightened; every emotion, every pain and every cry.

Will she be able to fight the Storm?

Her mind knew she could but her body was weak.

The Sky grew darker, then came the flashes of Lightening followed by the big shatters of Thunder...

The sounds made her jump.

She hid, in the darkness praying she would find a way.

Faces past her as she continued to hide in the shadows.

Could they see her?

Would she find a way to battle her way through?

She was crumbling, her heart broken and her loved ones were far away.

She held her heart, praying the thoughts of the ones she loved would make her clutch onto the good times.

Would the good appear once again?

Would she ride the Storm?

Or would the Storm make her runaway until she lost everything she ever was?

Would she see the light again?

They laughed.

She cried.

Everything began to shatter in front of her.

She fell to the ground, tears streaming down her face.

The thought of not knowing who she was seemed to break her. She cried.

She wished she was with her mum.

She looked up to the sky and there she was.

Her mum, held her hands out and whispered in her ear:

"Annie, you're brave and strong you can do this. I believe in you."

She looked up the Sky and she believed.

She listened for the laughter but it never came, she grew stronger day by day until the Storm blew away.

She believed in herself and she found her way back home.

When the Storm attempted to crash she stopped the crash and she believed.

She began to sparkle again. She could look over her shoulder and she smiled.

The Storm wanted her to fear, instead she believed.

Focusing On Yourself & Keeping Motivated On Your Body and My Herbalife Diet ...

Welcome back sunshine, it's about time!!....

I feel like the sunshine has the UK in a frantic phase currently... I mean, I can definitely throw my hands up and admit all my; cosy big jumpers, scarves and Autumn/Winter inspired clothes have been bagged up and put away... Meaning, all the summery inspired clothing have been pulled to the front! Yikes, I guess I'm a typical English person when it comes to sunshine.

We all cling to the sunshine when it appears in the United Kingdom, the idea of it going away is almost like a massive fear of ours!!

I have to admit - Summer is most definitely my favourite season as I personally love the variety of fashion trends during the summer period.

***

I always, feel like I find a distraction during the opening of my blogs ha!!

***

As you can see from the above photo, the weather was glorious and the Winchester Cathedral looked stunning!

***

What with Summer not being far from our fingertips, meaning holiday seasons aren't faraway either or on that note my twenty first birthday! It's of course time for a healthy detox before Summer arrives!...

A few months ago, I announced I was now a Distributor for Herbalife however I never truly opened up to why or what my reasoning's are for joining Herbalife.

I thought, I would spend the time to wind down and explain to you all why I joined Herbalife now...

With now working night shifts instead of day shifts, I found the first six months of adapting to when I should be eating or what I should be eating a MASSIVE struggle. For those of you who are fellow Night Workers, you will all understand and that's why I have been reaching out to you all through emails etc and social media's too as for those months I found myself snacking or not having the energy to cook anything so I would tell myself and my scales that ordering another takeaway was okay! NO! It was not!...

Since joining Herbalife, I have found this burst of energy and excitement inside of me!...

I wouldn't say, I am massively concerned with watching the scales as I don't believe in watching the weight fall or gain game... That life, most certainly isn't for me!

However, Herbalife has provided me with this new form of energy and confidence in knowing I can provide my body with the right Nutrient and fill my body with healthy flavoured shakes alongside the right snacks and a heck of a lot of fruit!....

***

Everybody, always tries to binge diet before the Summer to enable them to wear pretty clothing and eat fancy foods with glasses of wine whilst enjoying the sunshine! I must admit, countless amounts of time I have also been one of these people too! It's not healthy but it's for sure unhealthy on you and your body!

Before, joining Herbalife I studied the programmes that they offered and listened to the tutorial videos they offer as I know sometimes diets aren't always beneficial for everyone. Though, not finding time to eat was a massive reason for why making a quick and easy shake become the right move for me!

Unfortunately, for me I also suffer from being anaemic (by now you probably all know this!), so my body isn't always supplying the right energy or foods - knowing the shakes provide the right; Protein, Nutrients and Energy stood a mile for me!!

Herbalife has truly been the best recommendation for myself and many other clients of mine so far. Though, I made it clear when I wanted to start Herbalife it was for me! Yes I was being selfish for once and focusing on myself and my body! Being selfish at times, is a massive tick on your list as sometimes we all have to put ourselves first! At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted to become a Distributor - I was just focusing on the diet side.

Now I am so focused on both.

Of course, my priority is focusing on my body, health and fitness but my aim is to help you all focus too and it's truly helped me to gain the confidence in myself and my body.

So Herbalife, thank you!

***

From the video, above you can see I have turned to focusing and making things happen!

As you all know, keeping fit can be super tricky and turning down sweet treats but I must admit I haven't craved chocolate or sweet treats as I have been super focused on looking after my body...

There's a quote if I remember rightly -
"Treat Your Body Right And It Will Look After You!"

Exercise, isn't always at the top of my tick list however ensuring you have completed your 10,000 steps a day is all you really need to do alongside ensuring you eat properly!

Though, fitting extra bits here and there towards your fitness doesn't hurt! (Well, depending on how much you work out I guess!)

I always find going for a quick run or long distant walk works treats!

I guess that's another reason for why Herbalife has been the best decision I made for a long time as it has many different routes that we all can take and benefit from.

***

Swiftly moving on, although Herbalife has been a massive benefit for my; health, body, mind and self I wanted to discuss how we should keep body focused and mindset focused....

Sometimes, we often find ourselves lost in being everyone else but ourselves!

We forget what we love to do, or to find the time to sit and do something for us.

So let's use today to say: "NO, I'm taking the time for me!"

Don't be anybody else but you!

Don't follow other people's dreams because you seem to be scared following your journey... Life is about living your life.

For more on these topics, please don't forget Laura and I's blog... I'll leave a link below...

***

Taking the time for you enables you to be focused, determined and happy!

I think that's the best advice I could give to you all, just be you and find what keeps your focused on being you and following your pathways!

We all have our own hobbies and little ways that we find winds us down to give us the time we need for ourselves! So I thought I would share one of mine as I took to my Snapchat earlier today and share with you!

Face Masks are my massive must have for enabling me to calm down and relax!

Simply apply the Purifying Mint Clay Mask to your face and allow the mask to set on your face for 10 minutes and then remove from your skin with a wet cloth for smooth and healthy glowing skin shown below!

As you can tell from simply removing the clay mask the results are pretty outstanding already!

The photo shows an indication of clear healthy skin!

As you can see, I wasn't shy from sharing my clay mask!

Or the results afterwards!...

Let's focus on you and your goals!! Bring on Summer!!

With Love,

xx

A New Beginning | New collaborations with Laura Thomas....

Hello everyone, it's been a few days since my last post but it's been rather busy in Winchester the last few days... I mean, needless to remind you all of the snow that's been making an appearance for the last few days...

By now, you must know I'm not at all used to the idea of snow!....  I seem to be in two minds, as being an Islander who now lives in a City I mean there are a few adaptions that I have learned... One of them being, when it snows not to panic, I feel I am writing this to reassure myself as well as telling you guys. With living, on the Isle of Wight we rarely had snow but here well that's a little different. However, the other part of me is extremely happy when it snows as it's blooming gorgeous...

Whenever, I take a few days or weeks away from the blog I feel like you all know that means there's something coming...

Indeed, that's the reason!

So I'm back. However, i believe you may already have an idea as to why. Of course, I have always got a few tricks up my sleeves it's just timing it right in select which sleeves to roll down and needless to say I am very excited to roll these sleeves down... I love playing with words, it takes me back to my English Literature and Language A Level days.!

I take great pleasure in announcing to you that there are new projects coming right your way. But there's a few changes heading around the corner.

Have you guessed what they could be?...

Amazing, you guessed right....

I'm collaborating/teaming up with the lovely Laura Thomas who not only is a dear friend of mine but an amazing partner to have. Only a few days ago, I took to my social media's to reveal that we are working together from now on-wards.

Revealing big news like this, always makes me terribly nervous but I am dead excited too!

I revealed a snippet of facts, as I invited Laura onto the live vlogs on Instagram! Which I must say, wasn't originally the plan but we all know the drill when you go live a lot of things often happen...

Needless to say, both Laura and I were nervous as nerves were running high. This was the first time, I had introduced Laura to you all and hinted about working on projects.

We decided, to simply leave it at rambling on to you guys to drop a few hints and then to reveal more as time goes on...

If you didn't see the follow up vlogs from that evening, I will attach them below:

There's always time for a little Boomerang...

Anyway, I knew it was time to reveal upcoming news/events with you all and I know it's going to be a project which involves everyone and believe me Laura and I can't wait to see how the journey plans out.

Laura and I have new websites loading soon and I guess that's the point where we will start releasing a little more but it's fair to say it's going to be a long journey that faces: troubles, challenges, advice, guidance, motivational mindsets and a lot of milestones that we hope we can set in place to make the World a better place.

Sometimes, the best advice to give is to follow the journey but allow yourselves to dictate how and where the journey ends.

Live your life, the way you want to and remember you aren't alone... It's okay...!

The project has become a very inspiring project that we have started as it touches home for the both of us in many ways, hence why we have taken this journey very seriously and I can't wait for you all to jump on board....

Keep a look out for any upcoming news...

Coming soon....

But for now, go ahead and give our new accounts a cheeky follow...

Thunder...

Thunder...

You stumbled across me and we ended up never being a part!

Two peas in a pod.

Our dreams weren't far a part!

You knew I feared the Thunder, but you loved it. There you stood at my side even when it poured.

I called your name, more times that I needed too to check if you were there.

You knew he broke my heart and it was only you who could fix the lighting.

My breakdowns were an occurrence which appeared regularly. You never disappeared, you made sure you remained at my side.

You taught me to face my fears knowing we'd face them together.

Dreaming of succeeding came easy with you as you made me see I could and that you believed when many others didn't.

Feel the Thunder, Lightening then came the Thunder.

One after another.
You made me shine so bright.
You believed.

My attempts to leave my dreams behind were shot down by you as you pushed until they come true...

Lightening, wanted to focus on you. Your dreams had to come true.
She said that to you.
To focus on you.
That was something the Thunder couldn't do.
In fact, they both couldn't do.

She run and hid expecting you to think of you but knowing she'd always have hope...

And hope is something that remains at the soul of these two...

She counted....
1  to 2 and that's when she saw a glimpse of you!

She'll always remain there for you hidden in the light until it's time to wait for the Thunder.

Thunder and Lightening...

You Define You....

It's been a long time coming...

I thought over long and hard about how I could write this blog for you all. Many months on end of preparations towards writing this blog.

You may question why, though most of you who are fellow Bloggers yourselves or for those of you who think you know my story or part of it may have a slight idea of why this blog is so important to me and hopefully it leads you all to that light at the end of a dark tunnel too!

We can all wish for lucky stars right? Though, can we make the lucky stars come true?

Well that's up to you...

Sometimes, we live in a world which appears blind to us. It certainly, was very blind to myself up until around about this time last year. I knew so little about myself and the life I was beginning to lead...

I was pretty clueless.

Have you ever been in a place, where you feel you have no reasoning for? No light at the end of a tunnel? No idea what your purpose is? I have and I am pretty sure we all have at some point in our lives.

Denial, is an attempt of strength. It's actually a strength to know and believe what your being faced with and when you reach that point, it becomes the point where you see a light and know your reasoning's.

I found myself in a rut and now I see it. I constantly, found myself turning down opportunities which at the time I didn't even know I was turning down because I turned a blind eye to them each and every time. I found myself  focusing on my ex partners life rather than focusing on my own. Day in day out, I lead a life of which I wasn't happy. I was not!

I have since, found my family. I found it in myself to accept that I needed to know both my parents and my family along the way. To find a weakness, is to build a strength and that's certainly what I found myself doing...

Memories and moments will always last forever but you need to grasp the fact that they will always stay with you because that's you... A part of you!

'You Define You'...

Along my journey, I built an inner strength in knowing my story was only just beginning... I found myself, motivated in what I loved and of course that was writing. I needed that split moment to make me realise and understand what truly was in my heart!

I have always dreamed of becoming a writer. Little did I know, my blog was moments away from falling into the place I never once dreamed of it reaching... It did more than what I had ever imagined.

Slowly, but surely my jig-saw pieces were falling into place and that's because I took the moment to believe in myself.

I thought, I had lost the world when I believed my heart had broken. I published blogs which at the time meant the world to me, now they have become the reasoning as to why I am here.

My mother once told me:
'When you believe your broken it's the moment you know your alive.'

Since, publishing 'The End To A Goodbye' -  I've become me. Myself.

However, I have been so honoured to have been able to experience others journeys along the way. Simply, because I was brave enough to share mine with the world.

I'm asked on occasion, what the purpose of my blog was for and my response would have been so different a year ago... Now my response, is to share my life with others who need the motivation to know it's okay to not be okay.

I have attended many events, to help inspire young adults and children like myself to know there's a life out there if your willing to live it as it will always be okay...

Though, my blog is a fashion and beauty blog too and I have found myself lucky enough to become an influence on Instagram, I will always still be the one to encourage to believe.

As what's my blog without hope and motivation? Every single one of you who read my blog or who still does, believed in me and that's why I will always wish to share my life and my experiences with you all.

I once believed in playing the safe options and then I realised I wasn't living.

I could have stayed in a relationship believeing I was happy though knowing I wasn't and it wasn't right...

I saw the light!

I allowed myself to follow my own journey and through doing that I established myself.

The parts of me that were missing...

You may have to overcome fears or troubled timings, but it all adds up to an experience.

My outlook towards life is that I would rather have ten failed attempts of a new opportunity rather than one easy route of unhappiness... Why should we fear opportunities? Shouldn't we be chasing them?

Being confident, isn't a failure its a strength.

Time after time, I hear and read stories which sadden me as somebody has been bullied for being confident or their believed to be a snob... Why do we find joy in mocking those who aren't afraid to make a life for themselves?

I took a chance when nobody else believed in me and I moved to Winchester... With no family, nobody other than my best friend Charlie to support myself. I made that decision because it was a pathway which led me to stability in my life...

But most importantly, it led me to a journey of experiences!...

My point, I hope you've all recognised today is that you shouldn't be scared to make your own choices. It's your lives and you should live it.

Follow your dreams, even if they change along the way... You won't know until you try.

For those of you who feel troubled in anyway or who even need a little guidance then please do drop me an email or a message on my Instagram... I will be sure to get back to you all!

Be You!

With Love,

Maybe It's Time To Make Your Story...

I'm back again guys, you know what I'm like when I tend to write a blog... it never normally ends up staying as just one blog!

I tend to get carried away with writing the blogs as I always have so much to share with you all! I find myself becoming too excited and end up releasing another blog!...

Image result for night time tumblr

I always find myself obsessing over night time blogs!

Night time, always becomes my favourite time to blog! I think that's because I struggle with sleeping but I also know it's the easiest time to blog!

Another obsession of mine recently, has been discovering night time photography!

In fact, if you're looking to discover great photography shots then I would head over to my Facebook to find some of my Grandad's photography - Douglas Cox - as he truly inspires me with his photography! I know, he will be very happy with being mentioned on the blog too! Keep up the hard work Grandad!

Anyhow, another reason as to why night time blogs become my favourite is purely down to the fact I think they become more motivational!

I feel listened too more when I post a blog at night time as I think it makes more of a impact on people! Please correct me if I am wrong!

I discovered, this quote at a difficult time in my life...

Instead of believing my story had finished, I acted upon knowing it had only just begun!

We all face; heart aches and low moments but do we give up? I like to think when we hit these parts of our lives and we spring back up!

Why should we focus on settling when you can focus on editing?

Happy endings have always been a safe option, looking back to a couple of months ago I would have been happy to take the safe route...

It's the unknown that we all become worried about!

It's the chapters that are left to unfold that we panic about, instead of worrying we should be thrilled to watch the chapters unfold.

From previous experience, I now know happy endings aren't what I'm looking for. I'm looking to find me, not an ending that's convenient for others.

We shouldn't be afraid to fail or take risks. Sometimes, living the hard way is the best way to live.

Why waste time looking for your happy ending when maybe it's about living your story?

I'm now ready to live for my story, not to sit worrying about the happy ending I've always dreamed of as a little girl... Life happens the way it should do!

Enjoy your story!...

Be brave enough to live your story!

It's a goodnight from me now!

Love As Always...

Meeting My Family And Discovering Another Part Of Me....

Good evening to my lovely Blogging World,

I'm hoping you're all looking forward to the weekend and have had a great week!

I've taken a few days off from blogging due to it being another manic week!

However, I've been wanting to find the right time to share this blog with you all... So it's been all about finding the special moment to share this blog with you and the blogging world!

Life has been a roller-coaster ride for myself and my new and adapted family as emotions have been thrown at us left right and centre.

Many new opportunities and memories that will be made have arisen for all of us!

It's been pretty hard sometimes to think I have missed out on my brother's and father's lives... Not forgetting, my cousins and grandparents but now we all have a new adventure ahead of us!

It's certainly been an emotional experience meeting you all but I have loved every single second!

For those of you out there, who haven't met a parent or sibling I would definitely say to chase that part of your life! Although, in some circumstances it's not always been the best move to take for yourself but I think it's always good for you to make that choice.!

In my case, it's been one of the best opportunities I have ever made.

Building a strong bond with any family member is so important to me!

Meeting my father made me realise how alike we're but since meeting my brothers and cousins my similarities have grown much more..

To some degree, I have a strong belief that until you find and meet that other part of yourself you'll never truly be you...

It's a very personal part of my life so like I have said beforehand, I feel like not everything will be posted online! I hope you can understand that!

But let's just say our journeys are just beginning!

Join me and take a little look at my new family...

It's really important that you spend time individually to bond with your siblings and cousins! Allow your bonds to grow in a less tense situation, sometimes being away from elders allows yourselves to feel more relaxed and natural!

I know for certain spending the weekend with Kelsey allowed our bond to grow! It seems we're naturally very much alike and I loved every second... I can't wait to attend the Isle of Wight Festival with you!

For Lewis and Ewan, our bonds certainly grew and discovering I have brothers has been a massive change but I absolutely love it!

Discovering my other side of my family has been truly incredible!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me! A massive thank you to my best friends Lizzie and Charlie! An incredible amount of support must be shown towards 'The Ball Family' for always supporting every life choice I make and a special thank you to all 'The Cox family!'

Go ahead and live your lives with no regrets!...

Much Love As Always,

x
