My Current Beauty Obsessions...

Well, I wonder if anybody can guess what my current Beauty Obsessions are... Any guesses?

Of course, it's the one and only... ICONIC HIGHLIGHTER & THE SETTING MOISTURISER SPRAY...

No words, other than - "WOW!"

With social media, recently hyping up the two beauty products I convinced myself to make an early purchase for my twenty first birthday ad that's not too far away.

The trends were definitely on point once again.

To find, the right words in order to give the products the right justice I'm going to show you the products and express how truly breathtaking they are.

Initially, I would like to say a massive thank you to Iconic for sending me pretty gifts but for also creating such beautiful products. Wow!

Iconic, have gone above and beyond!

Let's start with the review on the gifts I received...

The Gorgeous Pretty & Pink Make-up bag -

Again, where do I begin as it's simply stunning? What with, having a few days away and holiday's up my sleeve I've been searching for the right 'Holiday/Getaway Makeup bag...'

Luckily for me, that's when this beauty arrived at my door! What a SURPRISE!

It's honestly perfect as it fits my cosmetic products in perfectly as well as being my favourite colour.

What a win-win!

Moving onto, my second gift it's the lovely Strobing Stick!

Can we take a moment to appreciate how gorgeous the packaging is? Oh my god, it's stunning!

Now for the moment you've all been waiting for...

My review on everyone's favourite item in their beauty bags right now or for those of you who haven't pressed purchase button yet or for the people out their who are doubtful about purchasing but have heard of the current beauty hype - you must purchase as its truly one of the best purchases I have ever made. Its' a purchase you won't forget!

Initially, the product provides a 3 in 1 usage! Yes, I know right! Totally, worth the money for sure! We all are in need of that one setting spray that can turn into your daily/nightly moisturiser as well as increasing the sparkle to your skin as it leaves your skin with a magnificent glowy tone for the summer after applying your routine or setting your make-up for the evening or day.

What an absolute beauty, right?

Leading onto the beautiful tone the spray has it's honestly mesmerising!!

Make a purchase as you won't be let down...

Now for my other favourite product right now that will of course be the - Iconic Original shade Highlighter.

I know I won't be the only one who has seen the recent rave on social media about this product!

At first, I was rather sceptical as it's quite a highly priced product. Without a shadow of a doubt, worth it!

However, again and again I find myself falling in love with the highlighter over and over. It's breathtaking!

As you can see from the pictures, the highlighter truly stands out! You can wear the highlighter for many reasons, one of which to provide a healthy glow. Whilst, you can wear it out too uplift your look for an evening out or a fancy make-up routine.

There is no way, that you can fight the urge to purchase the highlighter. It's a YES from me!

ICONIC, you certainly got it right!

Thank you so much for beginning my 'New Summery Make-up!'

I'm totally obsessing!

Much Love as Always,

xx

My June Monthly Favourites....

Can you actually believe, that we're half way through the year already? Before we know it, it will be Christmas once again! Not that, I am complaining as I do love the Winter season... I do have to say that, I am so disappointed with the weather at the moment :(!! Where is the summer at??!!

I feel I owe you all an apology considering the fact it's 23 days into June and I haven't shared my monthly favourites with you all yet! So I am super sorry!! June, is always a super busy month for me!! But fear not you guys, my monthly faves are right here now!!

Technology, isn't at all my thing!! I have no idea, what the different Iphones do... However, I most definitely have to share my new phone with you all as it's just incredible!! It takes such clearer photos, which I have been dying to share with you all!!

From the amount of times, I have told you all about my preparations for going away to Majorca in July with Scott its finally the final month for me to make sure I have got everything! Luckily, I have my last few days in the beginning of July to get some extra bits but the most of this month has been based around my holiday!

Clearly. you can see I have been browsing the internet for pretty summery pictures of Majorca!!

This cut out sleeve print dress has become one of my favourite summer pieces for this year! It's incredible, the print is drop dead gorgeous and super trendy. Not forgetting, the fact I found it in the sale in H&M - how could it get any better??

Shoes, shoes and more shoes! I seem to have more platforms than clothes and as you all know that's certainly saying something!

A girl can never have too many shoes though can she?

I've been looking for the perfect light weight shoes to wear or pack for my holiday and I have found several but these are definitely coming to Majorca with me.

Summer fashion is all about pretty sandals and shoes... I simply, can't get enough! With working at Peacocks, I love seeing all of the pretty fashionable shoes that come into the store! As soon as these beauties came in they had my name all over them. I think they're the perfect match for a simple summery look...

I told you I am a sucker for shoes and platforms... It looks like these will be having to tag along on holiday as well thank you to Boohoo!!

Moving onto, some pretty new tops that I have found and deliberately bought for my holiday... cut out sleeves are certainly hot right now aren't they? White is pretty perfect for the summer as it matches with any colour or print!

Simple but bold statement crop tops are always super cute and sassy for the summer! I think you might remember that last year I had similar style tops but with selfie wrote on them. I find them perfect to pair with printed trousers, a simple but casual look again thank you Boohoo.!

I am totally the girl who buys the same top twice just in a different colour! Should I be willingly admitting to that one? I'm not quite sure! But yes, how could I simply turn down the black top too?

Body-cons are everywhere at the moment so how could I not buy one? I actually bought mine from cheap and cheerful Primark... It creates such a simple look if you were to pair it with a pretty skirt or trousers.

It isn't summer without a detailed, trendy pair of
shorts right? I adore them!! I love the pretty pom poms at the bottom of the shorts and the eye catching monochrome
print!

My next must have item for my holiday has to be this stunning off the shoulder sweet daisy print playsuit... I absolutely, adore the stuff Boohoo have online at the moment, I would definitely head over to have a little browse... If you fancy, you could click the Boohoo link at the bottom of my page...

My second favourite playsuit is again from Boohoo, I just love it!! It would look so good with a tan, a fedora hat, sandals or platforms! I love it!!

I feel like I shouldn't be sharing these two products again on my blog as I have shared it previously on my birthday blog... But I can't stop obsessing over them both!! I just love the scents!!!

What is a girls best friend, during the summer period? Yeah, that's right a bottle of dry shampoo!! I don't find it necessary to wash my hair every single day but I do like to keep my hair looking healthy and fresh so I always find this super handy!! Wherever I go my dry shampoo won't be far behind me!!

I absolutely adore, creating summery inspired make-up. It is literally the best, it's such a pretty look! When I bought the above beauty product from Mac I knew it would be super perfect for a summery inspired look as it's pretty and pink!! Every girl needs her pinky beauty powder don't they??

Well that brings my June monthly favourites too an end.... I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has read my blog, I honestly appreciate it so much!! My hand on heart, thank you for spending your time to read my many words and few pictures ha-ha!!

I can't honestly, believe how fast the year has come round. It still feels like yesterday, when I wrote my very first monthly blog!! It's super crazy! And a year later I am still here sharing my blogs with you all!!

Thank you so much for keeping up to date with my blogs!!

I hope I haven't bored you all ;)!!

See you next month when I review my July month favourites!!

Much Love, Anya Marie xx

My First Impressions On Body Shop's New Fresh Nude Foundation...

Hey everyone, how are you all doing?? I bet you're all catching up on some late TV or maybe your just having a nice little relaxed evening in.... That's definitely what I'm doing! It's gone of the days where I used to be a party animal ;) haha! I would rather sit in with family or friends watching a movie with a takeaway ha-ha! (So exciting Anya!)
So as you can see when I first started writing this blog for you all it was Friday evening... But sadly, due to staring at the screen for a while I developed a bad headache... Headaches are hateful aren't they?? It will probably be Saturday by the time I finish writing this blog but oh well...

The Friday feeling is there with us in spirit right? Well with it being Friday the thirteenth and all.... Who believes in the spiritual kind of stuff? I've got to say I kind of have mixed feelings but due to watching Charmed when I was younger of course I believe something! Tell me, you remember Charmed right? If not, then I guess it's certainly showing my age!

After, becoming extremely sidetracked I shall return to expressing my love for Body Shop's new range of foundations...

By now you should now, my first impression always starts off with the designing of the product! I have an obsession, with bold lids and innocent pretty bottles at the moment... I think the transparent bottle looks incredible with the bold black writing on the front of the bottle!

Not forgetting to mention, the name and the shade number of the foundation.. I went for the Chelsea Porcelain in the shade - o10. If you're quite fair skinned, then I would definitely recommend this one for you... It's the second lightest shade, as you know I am very pale but I like to add a little colour to my face!

I also had a test match in the shop to see if I had guessed the shade right and bingo! The lady was very lovely and shared the same name as my cousin Heidi. I would always advise you to ask for a test match if you aren't one hundred percent sure...

Try before you buy, I swear it's my motto for everything!

Then I applied a little bit of foundation against my skin in order to show you all at home how good the match is to my skin tone.

When I was learning all the beauty tricks when I was younger, my mum always used to buy me make-up from Body shop and I absolutely adore the beauty products from there! I always, recommend the foundations from Body shop hence the reason why I was super excited to try out this newbee.!

About two hours ago now (around 10) I removed my make-up I kept it on from about 8am this morning till 10am so it's had roughly over fourteen hours to show a fair test.... I'm extremely happy with the product. If you're looking for a foundation which will stand out by showing off your wearing make-up then I would look else where as this foundation is based around natural looks....

This shows why I have settled for a natural look above in one of the selfie's I took early this morning!!

I absolutely love it though and would definitely add it to your must have's for beauty products ha-ha!!

I hope you all have an incredible weekend!!

Night my lovelies, Anya Marie xx

My First Impressions On Max Factor Skin Luminzer

Hey girlies and of course gents, I hope you're all well and looking forward to the weekend already! I know I am, but I'm more excited for my girly day with Patsie and Danni tomorrow!! Netflix, Pj's and lots of unhealthy snacks - that's the kind of day I will be having tomorrow and I can't wait!! I haven't had a girly day in ages!!

I can't stop blogging about new foundations or new beauty products that I have tried out... I thought it was time to share another one with you all! Above, is a selfie where I am wearing the foundation I am reviewing today... I can't wait until I invest in a new mobile phone for my birthday, as sadly sometimes my Ipod doesn't take good photos!

That said, I love this photo!! I think it's an incredible photo of my new foundation, don't you agree girls?

My first impressions, immediately start with how super cute the bottle is!! It's beautiful right? I love the black writing on the bottle, followed by the gold and white swirly design on the front of the bottle!!

I chose, the light ivory shade in this foundation as I'm really freaking pale which sucks but this time I could have gone for a little darker shade but normally when that happens it's too dark on my skin so I normally stick with the lighter shade now.

What I love about the foundation, is that it's very light which makes it easy to blend in with a slighter darker foundation that I own... In saying that, the foundation is a perfect match for the colder months and my skin tone is a lot lighter during the winter-ish months.

Of course, I applied the foundation onto my arm and blended it in with my foundation brush. As you can see from the photo's I have taken the match is pretty good as you can hardly see the foundation on my skin.

After, applying the foundation it looks very natural and healthy... It's almost like you wouldn't be able to tell I was wearing the foundation if I didn't know it!!

On the bottle the foundation says it instantly captures light for a healthy looking glow and that is certainly true as the foundation provides a healthy looking glow on my skin which I love!

I definitely love this foundation and would of course recommend you all to purchase it.

I hope you all have enjoyed reading my first impression blog on my new Max Factor foundation!!

Much Love, Anya xx

My First Impressions On Loreal Paris Infallible Foundation....

Happy Mothering Sunday too all you beautiful mother's out there! I really hope you have been spoilt rotten.

I thought tonight, I would post a first impressions video as I've been looking for a perfect foundation recently to take away with me when Scott and I go on holiday... I know that isn't until July the 17th... But a girl certainly has to be organised doesn't she??

So my first attempt was to try out the Loreal Paris Infallible Foundation as I heard a few positive reviews on the foundation.

My first impressions on the bottle and the designing was pretty positive as I loved the choice of colouring. I think the design is pretty cute, I love it!

When I ordered the foundation online, it looked like a perfect match. Though when the foundation arrived I could tell it looked a little darker than my skin tone but that didn't worry me as my skin tone is slightly darker during the summer months anyway so I may need to go a shade darker in that case.

However, as I tested the foundation on my arm you can clearly see how white my skin tone actually is... So I started to think it wasn't a great match and I was right as the foundation is quite orangey compared to my skin tone.

Though, that didn't put me off giving it a try...

I took a face wipe and wiped what was left of the foundation on my brush so that you could see how orange the foundation is... I knew then that unfortunately this foundation wasn't a good match for my skin tone... (Cry face!!)

I did choose that Natural Rose colour though so maybe I should order the Vanilla shade as that may suit my skin tone more...

Rather than, just chucking this foundation away I managed to convince my little cousin Neve to let me test it out on her skin and she was quite happy to sit there and let me slave after her ha-ha! It was a perfect match on her skin, actually it made me kind of jealous as the foundation looked really good, it isn't cakey or thick. It leaves a natural shiny kind of look, it also hides any imperfections such as bags under the eye area... Neve tends to have dark patches under her so I found it was a pretty perfect match for her...

After, using this foundation on Neve it changed my opinion as my first impressions were bad due to the orangey look it gave me. But maybe, I should test the vanilla shade before making a final judgement as it looked pretty good on Neve's skin!!

I hope you enjoyed reading my first impressions on Loreal Paris Infallible Foundation, leave a comment below if you would like me to write more first impressions blogs as I always love hearing your comments and opinions...

Lots of love, Anya xx

My January Monthly Products...

I know it's definitely early to be posting this blog already but these picks of mine are products that I absolutely adore and it's only been five days in January!!

As you all know I love changing my products regularly and trying new things so the saying 'out with the old and in with the new' of course came to mind ...

Maybelline's Master Sculpt Contour Kit - So I actually can't leave the house without using this product at the moment it's definitely my daily routine to use this product! I use a light to medium shade as you all know I am very very pale which totally sucks!! Anyway, it's such a beautiful product to have as it's not too dark but it's just perfect and gives a perfect coverage.

Revolution Pro Fix Make-up Fixing Spray - Wow so I actually seem to be lost for words with this amazing product!! I am actually so excited to have the opportunity to blog about it and share it with you guys!! I'm always moaning as my make-up never seems to stay like any other girls and it always makes me feel down about my appearance as I find myself reapplying my make-up. A few days ago, I popped into Superdrug after work hunting for something to help keep my make-up in place and a lovely lady there helped me discover this product and it works so well!! It holds my make-up well and leaves me feeling amazing!! Plus it's under £4.00 how amazing!!

So this nail varnish has become one of my favourites I was bought it for Christmas from Beth and I absolutely love it!! She knows me so well ha-ha!! I love the colour and the name as it's called coral which is such a beautiful colour and certainly reminds me of the summer days!!

Wow so I am such a lucky girl, my boyfriend's parents Bobbie and Steve bought me a Benefit's make-up selection box which is so stunning!! I love the design, it's gorgeous and the make-up is outstanding! Once again. a massive thank you to you both it's clear you know me well!!

This has become my number one favourite mascara and it's definitely one of my most recommended mascaras for you all. I love the designing of the mascara isn't it eye catching? I can't express, how much I love this mascara though it's just perfect especially for an evening out but I seem to wear it no matter what the occasion is as it's beautiful and creates a natural look but also makes your eye lashes look extra long...!! You can't go wrong with a mascara which creates a longer lash look can you?

Now I have been dying to share this lipstick with you all! I think it's absolutely stunning, it's such a wonderful colour and I love buying new lipsticks and trying a slightly darker nude colour out!! When I got home, I happened to notice that the lipstick was called Coffee Craze and I initially panicked as I'm not a lover of coffee or the smell.. However, I fell in love with the smell just as much as the colour and it's become one of my most loved lipsticks. It leaves a lovely soft touch to your lips and is long lasting lipstick, I just love it and can't get enough of it!!

As you all know, I am a massive fan of other bloggers for example Tanya Burr and Zoella as they're both so inspirational to us all!! I love being able to buy their products as their products without a doubt are incredible! As you can see, I have fallen in love with Tanya Burr's Frosting Cupcakes nail polish as it's such a beautiful colour I just can't resist it!!

Wow so that's another end to this months favourite products blog of mine and of course the first month of 2016 over and done with which I can't believe!! I hope you have all enjoyed reading what my favourite picks are!!

Lots of love, Anya x
