Winchester's Major Caribbean restaurant and bar launch opening definitely hit the City with a massive success that's fair to say.
Late October last year, I was lucky enough to receive an email from a lovely lady who works within the Turtle Bay company. I mean, it had been known that Turtle Bay would be making a surprise appearance to the City for a while though nothing had been confirmed up until that point... It was all hush hush and hearsay!
Little did I know, that I would be invited to attend the VIP Launch of the opening of the Caribbean restaurant and bar!
To my excitement, of course I accepted the invitation and that's when the plans all began... Ha!
With knowing of the Turtle Bay branch as I have visited the Turtle Bay restaurant and bar in Southampton prior to the Winchester branch for my mum's birthday... I kind of had an idea of what vibe Turtle Bay would bring to the City and my oh my hasn't it topped that for sure.
It's; vibrant, sophisticated, cultured, beautiful and it has a funky twist!...
It's exactly what Winchester needed, as we needed a little more sass to the City!
The days flew by I swear, as the event crept closer and closer it was time to eventually head to the hairdressers and attend the event...
For a while, I had been stalking my hairdresser's Instagram page for inspiration towards what my hair could look like....
As you can tell, the above picture become the hairstyle I picked as it took a fancy towards me though of course I would add a few alterations...
With informing Jade of how nervous I was etc, I soon had no reason to be. I of course, turned to Instagram and other social medias to share a few sneaky previews of the hair-do!

Wow, can we just take a few moments to pause and appreciate Jade's amazing work. I was honestly, amazed and lost for words. You made me feel like a true Princess Jade, so thank you!! You're extremely talented!!

With the hair done, that was definitely one thing to stop fretting about and now it was time to prepare for the evenings with the girls.!
It's fair to say I feel like the girls and I had a theme going... Then again, it's quite frankly down to the fact black and white are my go to colours!...
It's truly breathtaking, it lights up the City and before even entering the restaurant it provided that new fresh and exciting atmosphere that Winchester needed...

The decor inside, is honestly so beautiful and it's fair to say it didn't take seconds before cocktails were in our hands...
Crowds upon crowds attended the opening and it set the atmosphere perfectly!
The staff are incredibly welcoming and full of vibrant energy which left me with a smile all evening... A massive thank you, must be given to Kate as she waited on my friends and I throughout the evening and was so helpful.
Popping onto, Instagram throughout the evening with live updates and a constant update of the evening I think you could all tell we were all having a magnificent evening... The cocktails and food were just a massive bonus! HA!
I feel like Timea, knew exactly when to catch me off guard with more than one drink! However, it's also fair to say she's very good at taking quality pictures!
We seemed very excited, to try the different foods and believe me we weren't let down as it was a right treat!
Live music played throughout the evening and being catered for superbly, we were pretty content!...
Followed by, the lovely photographer who took some lovely photos throughout the evening!
A massive thank you to Timea and Charlie for attending and dealing with my nerves and the endless amount of outfit changes!... I hope you both had a lovely evening like myself.
